This Privacy Policy applies to users of Friggy AB’s iOS application, Android application or Website (collectively the Site) and other interactions (e.g. customer service inquiries, emails, phone calls, etc.) you may have with Friggy.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand what personal data you share with us. This policy describes what, when and how we collect data, and how we use and share your personal data across our services.
By using any of our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We will collect different information for different purposes depending on how you use the Site.
An Account is required to be able to use the Site and for us to provide service of the Site to you. It can be created on our Websites or in our Apps.
When you create an Account using your email, Sign in with Apple, Facebook or Google - we store the information that you provide. This includes:
You can, at any point, go to “Settings” and click on “disconnect your Facebook or Google account”, or click “delete account”. This will delete all data connected to your Facebook or Google-account from our database.
We will keep your Friggy data until you request to have it removed. You can at any time request to have your Account deleted, in which case we will delete the data as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the Site after such an event, as all your data will be deleted including any progress or purchases made.
We process and control data about your personal use of the Site when you view content or otherwise interact with our services.

When you buy a service from us, we may process any data that you provide, including name, address, preferences and payment information (“Transaction Data”). Depending on what you buy and where you live, your data may also be processed by a third party in which case you will be notified about the terms of such processing.
The transaction data will be processed for the purpose of supplying the purchased products and services and keeping proper records of those transactions.
When users contact us, we will process the information provided to assist with the issue at hand. We may also use and process some metadata about your communication, such as your IP-address and the type of web browser. This data will only be used to help figure out the issue and/or help with communication, and is a tool to help us assist you.
If you fill in a survey, we will store the information that you provide. Some third-party systems may also add some information about you that you did not explicitly provide to us. This information can include your time zone, your IP-address, your country and similar data.
If you receive emails that you are no longer interested in, you can opt out by clicking on an unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email newsletter you receive from us. You will then no longer receive newsletter communication from us and we will remove your data within as soon as possible. However, we may still keep your email to supply you with essential information and changes related to the Site, for example changes to the privacy policy.
The data you provide when you fill in inquiries or surveys may be processed to target offering new courses or content to you.
On our websites, we use cookies and similar technologies if your browser supports/accepts them. These cookies can include internally developed cookies as well as third-party cookies. In your browser, you can at any time delete all the cookies we have on you.

To better understand our business and analyze our operations, we use a number of third-party services. This helps us gather data for statistical analysis purposes and better understand what features and sections of the Site users like, and how we can improve such features or sections. They may also be used to help us understand how advertisement campaigns translate to in-app conversion events.
We use Facebook Analytics, a service provided by Facebook, to use different analytical tools they provide. Facebook analytics provides us, among other features, with aggregated demographics data, insights into retention-rates, data on which users make purchases and from which marketing campaigns, and other interactions within the Site. We use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to use different analytical tools they provide, such as analyzing aggregated user data from our Site or to track various events on the Site. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to track data about visitors on our Site. Google Analytics may use cookies to remember the user’s behavior and collect the IP-address from users entering our Site to, for example, provide us with a sense of where, geographically, our users are coming from. Google Analytics may also collect the users IDFA or AAID to identify them and to connect this identification with ad campaigns or to serve ads. We use Amplitude, a service by Amplitude Inc., to understand how customers use our Site and Services. Amplitude collects various technical information, such as unique identifiers (for example: IDFA or AAID), device type, or time zone. Amplitude can track interactions that occur on the Site and helps us decide on what features we should focus on. Amplitude provides more information on how they process data in its Privacy Policy.
We use Kochava and Appsflyer to in detail understand how users find our Site (for example, which advertiser delivered the ad to the users that led them to our Site). Appsflyer and Kochava also provide us with various analytics tools that give us the ability to analyze and research your use of our Site. We use Sentry for real-time tracking error tracking to help us reproduce and fix crashes on our Site. This can, for example, be to help us identify the steps leading up to a crash so we can understand and fix crashes.
We use Facebook and Google to provide personalized advertisements to you at the relevant time. Facebook and Google may use your personal data to tailor these ads.
We use Facebook Ads Manager to choose which audiences will see our ads on Facebook or other Facebook products, such as Instagram. Facebook may also show certain ads within the app that are personalized based on your IDFA or AAID, or other data set. You can opt out of advertising through Facebook Ads Manager here.
We use Google Ads to deliver ads to users. Google Ads allows us to tailor and personalize the ads to the user based on in-app events, such as finishing a free-trial, or identifiers like AAID or IDFA. You can opt out of Google’s personalized ads or prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics.
If you use a Third-Party Service to process your personal data (whether integrated into the Site or not), that data will not fall under this Privacy Policy as it won’t be handled by Friggy.
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to enhanced privacy rights by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Read more and exercise such rights here.
You have a right to know the personal data we store about you, and to have this data deleted. You also have a right to at any time unsubscribe from direct marketing messages. However, even if you opt out of direct marketing messages we will still email you about critical changes (e.g. changes to the Privacy Policy).
You can at any time exercise these rights by either contacting us at support@friggy.app, or using the tools at your disposal at the Site to discontinue the service and delete all personal data we have saved. If you exercise your rights by contacting us, please provide the email address associated with your Friggy account and clearly state that you are requesting data deletion.

Note: If you are using Facebook to log in to Friggy, unlinking your Facebook account will prevent you from accessing your Friggy account using Facebook login. If you still want to use your Friggy account after unlinking Facebook, make sure you have an alternative login method set up (such as email and password) before unlinking your Facebook account.

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes. In such cases, we will retain only the necessary information and continue to protect it under our Privacy Policy. We will not use this information for any other purpose.
Please note that while we can delete the data you've shared directly with Friggy, we cannot delete data that may have been collected by third-party services or websites that you've interacted with through our app. You may need to contact these third parties directly to request data deletion.
Online security is important to us, which is why we have built a system that takes appropriate steps to ensure your personal data is safe and protected.
Data is not knowingly collected on children without the consent of parents or guardians. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Privacy Policy by posting updates and/or changes to the Friggy Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, the Friggy Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
